Where does your honey come from?

Our honey is purchased from local, ethical bee keepers. We love supporting small businesses while also ensuring the health and saftey of the bee population. Honey bees are extremely vital to our planet and our survival, without them we will literally starve.

 

Where do your donations go?

We donate 1% of all of our profits to Project Apis m. Their mission is to fund research that will grow and maintain our planet's bee population. Did you know that honey bees are critical for pollinating food, fiber and oil crops in America? This foundation aims to "ask questions that help create tools and solutions, and better understand the problems bees are facing." Can I modify or cancel my order?

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

 

What is your return policy?

Online purchases are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days from the ship date either through our returns portal or in store. Online purchase exchanges are only available in store. Your order confirmation contains a barcode to make your return easy and specifies the last day you have to return your merchandise by mail or to one of our stores.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless required by law.

All returned or exchanged items must have a valid reason for returning. The company reserves the right to deny any return. All returned items must be accompanied by the return form and customs documents (if applicable).
